Grazie ad una prestazione straordinaria mandata in scena nell'ultimo del girone J delle Last 32, la Dinamo Banco di Sardegna Sassari con un roboante 102-84 ha spazzato via i campioni di Germania del Brose Baskets Bamberg e staccato lo storico biglietto per la terza fase di Eurocup: le Eighthfinals. In una delle più intense serate vissute al PalaSerradimigni, con il pubblico compatto a schierarsi al fianco dei biancoblu e un'Isola intera a tifare Dinamo davanti alla televisione, capitan Manuel Vanuzzo e compagni hanno compiuto l'ennesima impresa intrisa di talento, attributi, passione ed entusiasmo. Aykon TED Ankara Kolejliler e Dinamo Banco di Sardegna sono rispettivamente prima e seconda forza del gruppo J, a seguire JSF Nanterre e Ratiopharm Ulm (gruppo I), Khimki Moscow Region e CEZ Basketball Nymburk (gruppo K), Nizhny Novgorod e Crvena Zvezda Telekom Belgrado (gruppo L), Hapoel Migdal Jerusalem e Budivelnik Kiev (gruppo M), Alba Berlino – prossima sfidante sassarese – e Khimik Yuzhne (gruppo N), Unics Kazan e Valencia Basket Club (gruppo O), Lietuvos Rytas Vilnius e Besiktas Integral Forex Istanbul (gruppo B). Thanks to an extraordinary performance in the last game of Group J in the round of the Last 32, the Dinamo Banco di Sardegna, Sassari with a 102-84 sweep of the German Champions Brose Basket Bamberg have now printed their first ever ticket for the third phase of the Eurocup: the Eighthfinals. In one of the most intense evenings played at PalaSerradimigni, the stands filled with fans cheering on their biancoblu and an entire island in front of their tv in anticipation of a Dinamo victory. Captain Manuel Vanuzzo and his companions have made yet another stellar performance, a team full of talent, personal character, passion and zest. The growing enthusiasm that accompanies and surrounds the Banco di Sardegna encourages the team, which now prepares for a new challenge, once again against a German formation, once again against a team designed to face the Euroleague: Alba Berlin.
